GOTHENBURG - Mölnlycke Health Care has teamed up with a Dutch artist as part of its campaign to help reduce the use of single use disposables in hospitals.

The art project which was carried out together with Maria Koijck after the artist challenged the healthcare industry with waste from own breast cancer surgery, shows that up to 90% of packaging waste, the major contributor to operating room waste, can be reduced by switching to surgical trays.
