HELSINKI – Suominen has created a new Sustainability Agenda for the period 2018-2021 which, through three particular focus areas, will allow the company to monitor the sustainability of its entire supply and production chain. In an effort to connect its ambition to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, the company will prioritise social and labour related risks; its energy and water consumption; and the biodegradability of its nonwovens.
