TROISDORF – Reifenhäuser Reicofil reports that the first spunmelt line of its new RF5 generation has successfully extruded its first filaments at the plant of PFN in Znojmo-Přímětice, Czech Republic.
The line sets new standards in quality, output, line availability, efficiency and machine intelligence for the production of spunbond, meltblown, and composite nonwovens.
The spunbond and meltblown technologies have been totally revised for the RF5 technology and it is also equipped with digital solutions from the Reifenhäuser Digital Business Platform, paving the way for intelligent machines and production.
