DUSSELDORF - Asahi Kasei will demonstrate its range of diversified material solutions for safe and compact EV batteries, improved connectivity and lightweighting, as well as circular economy at Fakuma, the trade event for industrial plastics processing, which takes place from October 17 to 21, 2023 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

This year, Asahi Kasei will put a special focus on its broad range of materials for lightweight, compact, and safe electric vehicle battery solutions. The company is currently developing a new continuous glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic, Lencen, and will present it for the first time at the European trade show.
